A dedicated team of over 30 people make up our Service Department. Our service call centre team co-ordinate 20 regionally-based factory trained engineers in the field. We provide a complete 'Delivery to Bench' Service with complete product life cycle cover including commissioning, installation, training, validation, contract cover and de-commissioning. Also, a range of scheduled maintenance contracts are available from 'Preventative' to 'Partial' through to 'Premium'.
We offer ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited Weighing, Heat & Temperature Calibration Service (INAB Registration No. 043C). We also offer a Mass Weighing Calibration service traceable to National Standards. This Mass Calibration service will be carried out in our new purpose built, environmentally controlled calibration laboratory.
