AGENDA OVERVIEW – A SUMMARY
With Q&A sessions, refreshment breaks and lunch, there will be a number of opportunities during the day to network and engage with your peers and the expert speakers.
Introduction to Spectroscopy: topics including small molecule and biomolecules – beyond UV-Vis, misconceptions and myths, and sustainability
What is Pharmacopoeia and its’ importance: GxP for medicines in production, closer look at USP/EP but also JP/CP spectroscopy, and what can go wrong if validation requirements are not up to date on your site
Pharmacopoeial requirements – practical view: with topics such as Spectroscopy explained – Qualitative Vs Quantitative measurements, UV-Vis validation/calibration, closer look at Stray Light / Absorption / Wavelength / Resolution, and USP/EP/JP/CP in-depth comparison of spectroscopy requirements
Data Integrity – why do we need it and how to handle
2 Interactive Workshops: Understanding the UV-Vis 2600 – understanding validation/calibration, UV-Vis 1900 – understanding validation/calibration, FTIR workshop – use of ATR, and UV Data Integration and Integrity
