We are looking for mechanical or electrical engineering graduates to join our growing team.
Through our Engineering Graduate Programme, we employ engineering graduates who want to further develop their skills and knowledge by working in a busy workshop from which technical services on scientific equipment for laboratories and production environments are delivered.
Based in our Dedicated Service Centre, the role is varied, and participating graduates receive training and practical experience in a broad range of duties including the calibration, servicing and repair of laboratory and scientific equipment. Through this programme, we offer participants a high level of support as they start out on their career with excellent training and development opportunities.
On completion of the programme, participants will have all the necessary skills to progress their career in Mason Technology either within the workshop or by moving into a field-based role. Additionally, there are opportunities to specialise in a particular area of our product portfolio.
Having commenced the graduate programme pre Covid we are delighted with how it has progressed.
Feedback from participants has been positive. The engineers are exposed to both the theory and practical sides of the works during their training. The roles we offer are varied and provide exposure to all aspects of working in a busy workshop.
