Padraic White, Chair of Board, Mason Technology

Padraic White – Chair of the Board

Padraic joined the Board of Mason Technology in 2021 as Non-Executive Chair. He brings extensive leadership and governance experience, having served as Managing Director of IDA Ireland and chaired companies in recruitment, media, and renewable energy sectors. His strategic perspective and deep understanding of enterprise development support Mason Technology’s continued growth as a trusted, family-led business in a regulated environment.

Deborah Dineen, Managing Director, Mason Technology

Deborah Dineen – Managing Director

Deborah joined Mason Technology in 1997 and has over 25 years of experience within the company. She has held roles across sales, service, and operations, gaining a deep understanding of the business, its people, and the market sectors it serves. As Managing Director, Deborah leads a team of experts dedicated to delivering trusted scientific solutions and services across sectors including pharmaceutical, biopharma, nutrition and beverage, high-value manufacturing, and research and academia. Her leadership focuses on putting the customer at the centre of everything the company does, while fostering strong partnerships with suppliers and clients. 

Sarah Mason, Director of Digital and Innovation, Mason Technology

Sarah Mason – Director of Digital & Innovation

Sarah is a Director and Company Secretary at Mason Technology, bringing a long-term perspective as a member of the Mason family. Her role combines governance oversight with a commitment to innovation and organisational improvement. With a focus on finding better ways to work, Sarah contributes to infrastructure development and strategy implementation that ensures the company remains agile and forward-thinking. 

Emily O'Reilly, Finance Director, Mason Technology

Emily O’Reilly – Finance Director

Emily joined Mason Technology’s finance department in 2006 and has played a vital role in the company’s strategic and financial planning ever since. As Finance Director, she oversees all financial operations and resource management, ensuring transparency, compliance, and long-term sustainability. Her appointment to the Board in 2023 strengthens its financial oversight capabilities and reflects her deep understanding of the business and its future direction. 

Jean Mason, Non-Executive Director, Mason Technology

Jean Mason – Non-Executive Director

Jean Mason has been a Non-Executive Director at Mason Technology since 2021. As a member of the Mason family, her long-standing involvement in the business provides essential continuity and insight. Jean plays an important role in ensuring the company maintains its values-led culture while navigating growth and innovation.

Anita Geoghegan – Non-Executive Director

Anita joined the Board of Mason Technology in 2025, bringing extensive experience in regulated sectors including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and laboratory services. As co-founder and former Managing Director of Microchem Laboratories, she led the business through innovation, growth, and eventual acquisition by Eurofins. Her experience spans quality systems, commercial development, and corporate governance. Anita provides a valuable blend of entrepreneurial insight and governance acumen to Mason Technology’s Board.
