Duo™ II.I Two-In-One Water Purification System – Deionised & Ultrapure Water
The Avidity Science Duo™ II.I water purification system provides two water qualities within one easy to use system – Types 1 (Ultrapure) & 2 (Deionised). Total Organic Carbon (TOC) monitoring is critical where organics affect results, so a real time TOC reading will provide absolute confidence in your water quality.
The Duo™ II.I combines the trusted purifying technology of the Geno™ II Type 2 system, with the Alto™ I Type 1. Process potable water to Type 2 for the storage reservoir; to be used for general laboratory applications, or for when you call for Type 1 from the dispenser as required.
With the same patented anti-vibration technology as the Geno II T, Puro III T the Duo™ II.I has a quiet operation volume, as to not disturb your working environment.
Applications
Type 2 / Deionised (DI) Water
The system is fed from mains water and produces Type 2 DI water up to 160 litres per day into a reservoir size of your choice. The Duo II.I has a reverse osmosis flow rate of up to 25 litres per hour. Type 2 water is used for:

Type 1 / Ultrapure Water
The Duo™ II.I also produces Type 1 Ultrapure water at 18.2MΩ·cm swiftly on demand from the integrated dispenser or optional remote dispenser at up to 2 litres per minute. The output can either be continuous or volumetrically dispensed with an intuitive and simple software control. Type 1 water is used for:
