Mason Technology is one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces™ for Health & Wellbeing 2024

Mason Technology is delighted to announce our inclusion in the Great Place to Work® Ireland Best Workplaces for Health and Wellbeing. In its inaugural year, the Best Workplaces™ for Health & Wellbeing recognition aims to acknowledge organisations that prioritise creating positive and supportive workplaces for all employees, encouraging them to bring their whole selves to work and to balance their work and professional lives.

This award builds upon the global standard of the Best Workplaces methodology, with the basis for this recognition derived from the average of 10 wellbeing statements from Great Place to Work’s renowned Trust Index© survey. The Mason Technology employee survey found that 90% of employees feel they are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life, while 97% agree they can take time off from work when necessary.
