At Mason Technology we partner with Calibre Control International to bring the C-Cell Baking Quality Analyser to bakeries, millers and food producers across Ireland. The system provides objective imaging and analysis of baked goods. It helps you control product quality with fast and repeatable measurements of internal crumb structure, external shape and colour.

C-Cell Baking Quality Analyser Key Features

Captures a high resolution image of a sliced product and completes analysis in about five seconds.
Measures over 50 parameters in the Monochrome model including cell count, cell diameter, wall thickness, shape and uniformity.
Measures up to 60 parameters in the Advanced (Colour) model which also includes crumb and crust colour, surface features and inclusion analysis.
Operates through a simple workflow. Calibration takes about two minutes. Place the sample in the drawer and the system handles imaging and analysis.
Offers batch analysis, data export to spreadsheets, report generation and secure data storage for audits and process monitoring.
Suitable for bread, cakes, biscuits, flour testing, snack foods and aerated products.
