Touchclave – R models

The LTE Touchclave-R range is for installation in laboratories which do not have access to a drain or water supply. Equipped with features and a range of options not normally seen on this type of sterilizer, the Touchclave-R provides unrivalled performance and versatility.

This autoclave machine is available in a range of sizes from our 40 Litre benchtop model up to the 160 Litre floor-standing model, with both front-loading and top-loading variants and complete with castors for easy manoeuvrability.

The Touchclave-R uses submerged heaters within the chamber to generate steam and an in-chamber sensor prevents the cycle from starting or continuing if there’s insufficient water in the chamber. Water levels can be topped up and drained manually or automatically. Complete with built in safety features including a safety microswitch fitted to the “push-n-seal” door which only allows the sterilizers cycle to start if the door is properly closed and locked, additionally the door cannot be opened until the chamber has reached atmospheric pressure and temperature.

The Touchclave-Lab K Rectangular Series

The Touchclave-Lab K Rectangular Series is LTE’s top-line range of mid-sized rectangular chambered general purpose autoclaves which can be configured to process the widest range of loads.

Designed with a rectangular chamber and vertical sliding door, Touchclave-Lab K models offer maximum loading efficiency with a high level of standard features. Operated via a 7″ touchscreen interface, Touchclave-Lab autoclaves are easy to use and offer unrivalled versatility. The Touchclave-K can operate using either a steam generator beneath the chamber or using your own direct steam supply.

Using a direct steam supply allows you to maximise the usable chamber volume while also providing a clean, unencumbered chamber. The autoclave offers built in safety features including a safety microswitch fitted to the door. Which only allows the steriliser cycle to start if the door is properly closed and locked. Additionally the door cannot be opened until the chamber has reached atmospheric pressure and temperature.

TOUCHCLAVE SYSTEMS AUTOCLAVES – MP

LTE‘s Touchclave Systems Autoclaves provide a medium to large capacity sterilisation solution for a wide variety of applications.

These general purpose rectangular chambered sterilisers are available in eight standard sizes from 435 to 1274 litres. Larger sized units up to 10,000 litres can also be provided.

All models can be configured for either single entry or pass-through. All Touchclave Systems autoclaves are fitted with a wide selection of features as standard, designed to ensure optimum performance.

The Touchclave Systems-MP operate either using the customers central steam supply, electrically heated integral or stand alone steam generators. Sterilisers can be supplied with polished chambers, stainless steel pipework and clean steam generators. With customisation options to suit your specific needs

Key Features of the LTE Touchclave Systems:

• Automatic sliding doors: the automatic sliding doors have a safety edge and reverse system for operator safety, therefore the door will sense any obstructions during closure , causing the door to stop and reverse  direction preventing anything from getting stuck between the door and the frame.
• Pre/post vacuum system: provides quicker and more efficient air removal at the start of the cycle ensuring the steam will penetrate deep into the load and not be affected by air pockets
• Winter jacket cooling system: speeds up the cooling stage of the sterilization process by flushing cold water through the jacket
• 8-Programme touchscreen control system: 8 cycles can be stored into the memory as standard, providing a selection of load specific cycles or giving the users the option to develop and edit their own cycle profiles
• Load sensed process timer: a seperate temperature probe monitors the chamber temperature and will not allow the cooling cycle to finish until the chamber and load temperature below the set safe temperature (usually 80 degrees)
