Whitley AsPROvac

The Whitley AsPROvac is an all-in-one laboratory aspirator to ensure biological liquid waste can be aspirated and disposed of quickly and safely. Whether it is the delicate removal of supernatants or the rapid emptying of larger culture flasks, this flexible system has 15 vacuum levels to alter the aspiration speed. A range of aspiration tools is provided to enable you to aspirate from a variety of vessels.

AsPROvac features a novel, quick-release cap/lid assembly, a shatterproof 4-litre autoclavable waste bottle and a digital display of the vacuum level.

The hand-held aspirator comprises a reusable single tip and an adaptor for single-use tips along with a reusable 8-channel tip and an 8-channel adaptor for single-use tips.

The AsPROvac laboratory vacuum system is ideal for use with a Whitley Hypoxystation (that has a vacuum take-off port fitted).

The TubeFiller’s dedicated design focuses on filling “any tubes in any rack.” It features a stable filling arm with dual side rails for optimal position recovery and precise XY positioning axes. You can also easily adjust the height manually, while the integrated pump efficiently covers the standard microbiology filling range. Notably, the filling area is entirely stainless steel, making it easy to clean, free from rims or gaps, and ideal for microbiology, food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic lab environments.

Any Tube, Any Rack

This versatile system is suitable for any rack configuration, ranging from small 96-well formats to typical microbiology racks that hold high glass tubes, as well as customised beaker and bottle holders.

The software ensures a simple setup for XY-oriented tube racks, storing rack configurations in a library for quick access. You can easily programme new rack setups on the filling platform through a convenient drag-and-drop menu. Additionally, the integrated laser tracking defines the exact rack position by verifying the first and last tubes in the rack.

The adjustable rack frame enables precise repositioning of racks, and for routine applications, custom-designed frames guarantee consistent rack placements. Optimised for high-throughput filling, the TubeFiller is a cost-effective solution designed for filling tasks.
