You can easily programme new rack setups on the filling platform through a convenient drag-and-drop menu. Additionally, the integrated laser tracking defines the exact rack position by verifying the first and last tubes in the rack.

Importantly, the pump head is engineered to reduce pulsation issues that are commonly found in conventional peristaltic pumps. As a result, it ensures accurate and repeatable dosing for volumes up to 10 litres, with an impressive precision of ±0.1 ml. You can choose between the basic DPS500 model or the more advanced DPS1000 model, which features a touchscreen and additional capabilities. For increased productivity, secondary units can also be integrated.

With its unique design, the pump head of the DosiPump DP500 effectively eliminates the pulsation effects that typically affect standard peristaltic pumps, guaranteeing precise and consistent dosing for volumes up to 10 litres, with a ±0.1 ml tolerance.
