The FV5000MPE follows the FV4000MPE and FVMPE-RS series, offering improved automation, higher stability, and superior photon efficiency. Its SilVIR™ detectors capture signals with outstanding sensitivity and low noise. Combined with TruSight™ deconvolution and TruAI noise reduction, the system produces bright, accurate images with minimal averaging.

Researchers can select from compact single-wavelength fiber-pigtailed IR lasers or tunable infrared systems covering 680–1300 nanometres. This flexibility allows high-performance imaging across a wide range of biological structures and fluorescent markers.

The FV5000MPE supports up to six simultaneous imaging channels for multicolour acquisition. Its automated laser alignment and Deep Focus mode ensure precision at every depth. Built on the modular FV5000 platform, the MPE configuration integrates seamlessly with confocal imaging systems, offering up to twelve SilVIR detector channels for simultaneous confocal and multiphoton imaging.
