We can install and commission any of your Don Whitley Scientific products including anaerobic workstations, GMP compliant workstations, hypoxic workstations, spiral platers, and jar and gassing systems. Our manufacturer trained service engineers will ensure that your equipment is installed in line with manufacturer recommendations.

Validation Services
For customers, especially those operating in heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biopharma, medical devices, nutrition and beverage, and manufacturing, we offer a range of flexible validation services including installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), performance qualification (PQ) and requalification (RQ). All validation services and associated documentation can be delivered in line with your own specific requirements.
INAB accredited Temperature/Humidity Mapping
We provide temperature and humidity mapping services for Don Whitley Scientific products at customer set points. Using the latest technology in temperature and humidity mapping equipment, our service engineers will determine if your DWS equipment can maintain temperatures within defined limits.
Our temperature and humidity mapping services are INAB (ISO 17025) accredited and the accompanying validation documentation can be customised to meet your own needs.
Preventative Maintenance
Regular maintenance of your Don Whitley Scientific equipment will extend the lifespan of your equipment, reduce the risk of breakdowns, and ensure that it operates at peak efficiency. Our team of experienced service engineers can carry out preventative maintenance services, including the replacement of parts at advised maintenance intervals. We have several types of service level agreements available to customers including Preventative Maintenance, Premium Cover or Calibration only. All service level agreements are flexible and can be tailored to meet your own specific requirements.
Availability of Replacement Spare Parts
As the exclusive distributor of Don Whitley Scientific products, we stock a wide range of spare parts in our Dublin warehouse. This enables us to provide quick and efficient service to our customers, reducing lead times and minimising downtime for your equipment.
