A Christmas Message and Holiday Arrangements
On behalf of the team at Mason Technology, I would like to wish you a very Happy Christmas and a peaceful and healthy New Year.
As a challenging 2020 draws to a close, we are delighted that the team at Mason Technology continued to deliver the expertise and specialist support that our valued clients have come to expect from us.
Mason Technology – serving science for 240 years
This year marked 240 years since Mason Technology was founded by Seacome Mason. Since then, Mason Technology has been run by successive generations of the Mason family with Chairman Stan Mason being the seventh generation of the family to take the helm. As Director of Corporate Development, Stan’s daughter Sarah is the eight generation of Masons in the family business.
While celebrations for this milestone had to be put on hold, we continued to focus our efforts on building an organisation that is in it for the long haul by ensuring we have the necessary skills and capabilities to meet the needs of our clients.
We continued to recruit throughout the year and we now have 100+ talented professionals working for Mason Technology across the country.
In October, we were delighted to add the Management Systems standards ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 to our existing ISO 9001 certification and ISO 17025 accreditation, further demonstrating our commitment to quality, the environment and health and safety. Press release: Mason Technology achieve Certification to World Class Business Standards
Earlier this month, we ensured the timely delivery of Eppendorf Ultra Low Temperature Freezers to the HSE to store the COVID-19 vaccines. Following delivery, our specialists worked closely with the HSE National Cold Chain Centre to commission & validate the freezers to ensure the optimal conditions for storing the vaccines.
As we end 2020 on a positive note, we look forward to 2021 with optimism and to continuing to support you and your organisation as needed.
Corporate Donation: Daisyhouse Association – working to end homelessness
For people that do not have a place to call their home, this year has been especially challenging. The Daisyhouse Association, a charity located near our head office and service centre in Dublin, carry out exceptional work providing secure and supported accommodation to homeless women in Ireland. In lieu of Christmas cards, we have made a corporate donation to the Daisyhouse Association to support the excellent work that they do.
Christmas Operating Hours
We are closed from 5PM on Wednesday the 23rd of December until 8.45AM on Monday the 4th of January 2021.
