As 2024 draws to a close, we are delighted to share some highlights from a year in which we continued to deliver the expertise and specialist support that our valued customers have come to expect from us.

Driving Digital Transformation to Enhance the Customer Experience

At Mason Technology, we are committed to enhancing the customer experience by embracing cutting-edge solutions. Here’s how our recent digital transformation is driving operational efficiency and delivering superior service.

In 2023, Mason Technology embarked on a digital transformation journey to enhance how we serve our customers. A significant milestone in this initiative was the successful implementation of NetSuite in July 2024. This robust cloud-based ERP system streamlines operations, providing greater efficiency and transparency for our clients. The platform offers real-time insights and improved responsiveness, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

We also introduced a new, state-of-the-art phone system designed to enhance communication and support. Features such as intelligent call routing and improved accessibility mean our team is now better equipped to assist clients promptly and effectively.

These advancements underscore our ongoing commitment to leveraging technology to provide superior customer service and operational excellence.

Community Support and Corporate and Social Responsibility

At Mason Technology, we take pride in supporting our community through various CSR initiatives led by our dedicated team and employees across the four provinces of Ireland.

2024 CSR Highlights:

• The Magic of Christmas Appeal: In December, we fundraised for Ireland’s leading children’s charities including Barnardos, Barretstown, Make-A-Wish Ireland, and a range of children’s charities around Ireland with a local, community focus through the Community Foundation Ireland.
• Focus Ireland Shine a Light Sleep Out: In October, ten team members spent the night at our Dublin HQ car park and Cork City Gaol to raise awareness and crucial funds to combat homelessness.
• Pieta’s Darkness into Light: In May, colleagues participated in Darkness into Light walks across the country, from Dublin and Cork to Mayo, Carlow, Meath, and Kildare, in support of those affected by suicide and to raise vital funds for Pieta.
• Bewley’s Big Coffee Morning for Our Lady’s Hospice & Care Services: In October, our talented bakers filled the canteen with homemade goodies as we raised funds to support the work of Our Lady’s Hospice and Care Services.
• Daisyhouse Association: Now in its third year, we continued to make a donation to Daisyhouse for each survey completed as part of our Customer Satisfaction Survey Programme.  we continued to donate money to Daisyhouse for every survey completed. Based near our Dublin HQ, Daisyhouse provides secure affordable high quality supported accommodation to homeless women in Ireland.
• Irish Society for Immunology DEIS School Outreach Programme: Promoting STEM education in underprivileged areas.
• Through our employee-led Giving with Mason CSR Programme, we supported local clubs and organisations across Ireland that our employees are part of, including Moynalty Athletic Club (Meath), Suncroft Athletic FC (Kildare), Boherlahan-Dualla GAA Club (Tipperary), St. Nicks LGFA (Cork), Master Joe’s Taekwondo (Meath), and many others.

Our sustainability efforts continued to grow this year, with initiatives like “Plastic Free July” and a Book Swap programme. We also strengthened our commitment to environmental sustainability by sponsoring an employee-managed beehive to support pollinator health and biodiversity.

Employee Recognition and Growth

Our ethos of placing the customer at the centre of everything we do is only possible thanks to our incredible team. In 2024, we celebrated numerous milestones and achievements:

• Following our Great Place to Work certification in 2023, we were named a Top 10 Best Workplace in Ireland for our category in February and recognised as a Best Workplace for Health and Wellbeing in April.
• Employee numbers grew by 3.5%, with new talent joining multiple departments, including service, sales, marketing, finance, and quality.
