About the speakers

Sharon Somers has extensive experience working with leading solution manufacturers such as Mettler Toledo, Shimadzu and Camag and has worked with Mason Technology exclusively for over 20 years. Her experience across FMCG, MedTech, pharma and biopharma sectors has given her significant insights into the regulatory challenges that these sectors face. She works with life sciences companies and many supporting service providers in Ireland, advising on best-in-class laboratory solutions and how these address specific business and data integrity needs.

Matt Reilly has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over ten years and joined Mason Technology in July 2021 as a technical consultant. Prior to this, Matt worked as a project manager and gained significant experience in instrument and software validation within the pharmaceutical sector where he was responsible for ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 requirements. As a technical consultant with Mason Technology, Matt is responsible for supporting clients during initial set up of their LabX solution and providing post implementation support as required.
