About the speakers – hear from three BUCHI experts

Dr. Birke Götz is a Global Product Manager for Purification at BUCHI Labortechnik AG in Flawil, Switzerland. She gained her first chromatographic experience during her undergraduate studies in Biology. She added to her experience during her PhD studies in Molecular Biology at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zuerich. Today, she is part of BUCHI’s Purification Business Area with a focus on chromatography consumables.

Dr. Aurelie Demont holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Dublin City University where she worked on developing methods for production, selection and characterization of microcapsules containing animal cells. She joined BUCHI Labortechnik in 2016, first as an application and development chemist for Spray Drying and Encapsulation. In 2018, she changed roles to a product specialist in Encapsulation, Freeze Drying & Spray Drying, a position she still holds today.

Mrs. Tanina Amari joined BUCHI Labortechnik AG as a sales representative in France after obtaining a M.Sc. in organic synthesis from Claude Bernard University Lyon 1 in 2015. During this time, she performed several demonstrations of BUCHI products in bars and restaurants. The experience arose her curiosity towards the field of mixology and preservation of flavors & aromas.
