Mason Technology to Launch Evident SLIDEVIEW™ DX VS200 in Ireland – Now CE-IVDR Certified
Mason Technology, the exclusive distributor of Evident imaging solutions in Ireland, will launch the SLIDEVIEW™ DX VS200 Universal Whole Slide Imaging Scanner in July 2025. Now CE-marked under the European Union In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulation (IVDR 2017/746), the system meets the latest standards for clinical diagnostic use.
The SLIDEVIEW DX VS200 delivers high-resolution, high-throughput imaging for a wide range of pathology applications. It combines top-tier image quality, trusted optical engineering, and upgrade flexibility. As a result, clinical labs can rely on it for both current workflows and future diagnostic needs.

Evident built the SLIDEVIEW DX VS200 on over 100 years of expertise in precision optics. It captures high-quality images across multiple magnifications and slide formats. Users can choose from five imaging modes: brightfield, polarisation, fluorescence, darkfield, and phase contrast.
