Mason Technology is one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Health & Wellbeing 2025

Great Place to Work® Ireland has recognised Mason Technology as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces for Health & Wellbeing™ 2025. This recognition highlights organisations that prioritise creating a positive and supportive workplace, helping employees balance their professional and personal lives while bringing their whole selves to work.

The Best Workplaces™ for Health & Wellbeing recognition builds upon the global Best Workplaces methodology, using insights from the Great Place to Work Trust Index© survey. The results show that organisations on this list are setting the standard for employee wellbeing, with 84% of employees feeling encouraged to balance work and personal life, and 92% agree they can take time off when needed. In contrast, just 50% of employees in the average Irish organisation feel the same way—highlighting the commitment of companies like Mason Technology to fostering a healthier, more supportive workplace.

At Mason Technology, health and wellbeing are an integral part of our culture. Through the work of our CSR and Health & Wellness Committee, we have developed a dedicated calendar of initiatives focused on supporting employee wellbeing. These include health and wellbeing activities tied to fundraising efforts such as the Staff Relay in May, a 5K Fun Run for As I Am, and our Summer Fun Day. In addition, our Active Sports and Social Club plays a key role in encouraging engagement and connection among employees. Each month, we also focus on important wellbeing topics such as financial wellbeing, Pride Month, suicide prevention, and winter wellness.
