Buchiglas products from Mason Technology
Mason Technology can supply, install, and commission any solution from the complete Buchiglas range including their glass reactors and process equipment and their pressure reactors. Our sales and service teams are based locally promising swift response times, specialist product knowledge and exceptional customer support. To keep lead times to a minimum, we stock some products in our warehouse in Dublin.
Glass Reactors and Process Equipment
Buchiglas glass reactors and process equipment guarantee best process performance from laboratory synthesis through scale-up to production in labs, pilot plants, kilo labs and production. They are manufactured with the highest quality borosilicate glass components and other components made of highly corrosion-resistant materials such as glass-lined steel, fluoropolymers and Hastelloy.
Pressure Reactors and Stirred Autoclaves
Buchiglas pressure reactors / stirred autoclaves are used for reactions and various applications under pressure. With the opportunity to customise solutions for your specific process requirements, the pressure reactors / stirred autoclaves are designed for intensive daily use in laboratories, pilot plants, kilo labs and small-scale production facilities.
Buchiglas Services and Solutions from Mason Technology
Our sales specialists can advise you on the product or solution that is best suited to your individual needs.
For customers that require temperature control units, we can recommend the best option from our range of solutions.
For vacuum requirements, we can specify the optimal solution from the range of Edwards pumps including high vacuum, dry scroll and oil pumps.
With science impacting all levels of society, regulatory bodies strive for adequate standards, giving rise to a growing number of regulations in the pharmaceutical, biopharma, nutrition and beverage, and research and academia sectors.
At Mason Technology we have long since recognised the importance of Quality Assurance to our customers and we have held continuous certification to ISO standards since 1994. We are committed to continuous improvement, and this is backed up by our investment in an Integrated Management System (IMS). This meets, at a minimum, the requirements of the International Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 17025 (INAB). View our certifications here

With the Buchiglas miniPilot® product family (reactor, nutsche filter, scrubber) they offer miniplant pilot reactors for chemical process development, scale-up, process simulation and kilo-scale production.
The reactors’ explosion-proof design (ATEX) and inert materials allow safe processing of solvents and acids in a completely sealed reaction vessel. The compact standard reactor setup can easily be modified, interchangeable reaction vessels of 5, 10 and 15 liter including interchangeable stirrers are available.
The reaction vessel is installed on a lifting / lowering device to simplify opening and cleaning. The distillation glass overhead is built with flexible ball-socket joints for multiple chemical reactions under full vacuum.
Buchglas produces complete solutions for chemical processing: Reactor systems including accessories like sampling devices, pH probes, rectification columns with structured packing, process monitoring and control as well as integration of auxiliary equipment such as temperature control units, nutsche filters / dryers, gas scrubbers or mixing vessels.
